We provide marketing services that deliver daily or weekly data about Florida Lis Pendens filings. We offer informational assistance only—we’re not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice or legal representation.

3) Subscriptions & Set-Up Fees

• Bronze: $59 one-time setup + monthly subscription
• Silver: $79 one-time setup + monthly subscription
• Gold: $99 one-time setup + monthly subscription

Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime. All fees already paid (including setup) are non-refundable.

4) Client Responsibilities

• Tell us the Florida counties you want data for.
• Tell us the data format you want to receive.
• Gold plan only: provide your marketing letters during setup.

We rely on your information to deliver data correctly and on time.

5) Payments & Billing

• We accept Credit Card, PayPal, and Venmo.
• Invoices are emailed 3 days before each due date.
• If payment isn’t received on time, your service pauses the next day.
• After 30 days without payment, your service cancels; you’ll need to sign up again to restart.
• All payments are non-refundable.

6) No Guarantees & Limited Liability

We work hard to deliver accurate, timely data, but we can’t guarantee specific outcomes or business results. You understand and agree that:

• We do not and cannot guarantee deals, responses, or revenue.
• We are not responsible for any losses arising from your use of our information.
• Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the then-current month of service.

7) Confidentiality & Data Handling

We store client information to deliver services and manage accounts. We do not sell or share your information with outside parties. A CRM option is available, but it’s not included by default. Contact us for more CRM details.

8) Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel anytime via email or your account. All fees already paid are non-refundable, including setup fees.

9) Force Majeure

If events outside our control (for example, hurricanes, widespread outages, or internet failures) prevent delivery, we’ll resume service as soon as reasonably possible.

10) Intellectual Property

All reports, templates, formats, and materials we create are the property of Florida Lis Pendens. You’re licensed to use them for your own internal business and marketing, but you may not resell or publicly redistribute them.

11) Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be handled first through mediation or arbitration in Florida before any court action.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect our services more clearly or comply with requirements. We’ll post updates on this page; your continued use means you accept the latest version.
